Team Ends Support for AA2, BC2

Public News Releases Team Special Forces has ended its support for the older games America's Army 2 and Battlefield Bad Company 2. The America's Army Division, which was established back in July 2002, will cease operations. The game has lost its official support from its developers and the number of players remaining does not meet the minimum level needed to sustain a division. The team looks fondly back on its long-lived experience in America's Army going back to the beginning, and appreciates all of the members past and present who battled along side us over the last nine and a half years.

The Battlefield Division has dropped support for Battlefield Bad Company 2 and now exclusively supports Battlefield 3. Over the past three months, practically all of the division's players have moved over to BF3 and next to none continue to play BC2 on a regular basis. The Battlefield Division, established in March 2005, has supported Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142 prior to Bad Company 2. With over 100 members, the Battlefield Division has daily action in BF3 and welcomes new players.

Team Celebrates 14th Anniversary

Public News Releases December marks the 14th anniversary of the founding of Team Special Forces.

2011 has seen exceptional growth in the team's ranks including the launch of Battlefield 3 which was the most successful launch of a new game in the team's history, and resurgent recruiting which has bulked up the ranks of our World of Tanks division.

The team looks forward to a bright future in 2012!

Team Welcomes New Battlefield 3 Players

Public News Releases Team Special Forces has experienced exceptional growth in the past several months due to the success of its early recruitment drive for the newest member of the Battlefield series, Battlefield 3. At the time of this writing, the team's Battlefield Division has grown to more than 85 members, including recruits pending their completion of probation.

Players have been keeping themselves busy in Battlefield Bad Company 2 while waiting for the release of BF3. Our weekly server nights have filled our server on a constant basis and the division is running a comprehensive series of weekly practices to help players shake the rust off and be ready for BF3.

The BF Division is also forming its BF3 competition unit, which will participate early on in league matches. More information about competition will be released as it becomes finalized.

Any one who is interested in learning more about BF3, meeting our members, or just to hang out is welcomed to join our public TeamSpeak 3 server.

Team Organizes Developmental Group in ARMA 2: OA

Public News Releases Team Special Forces is proud to announce the formation of a Developmental Game group in the military simulation game, ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead. The purpose of this group is to evaluate the game for potential future team expansion. Anyone is welcomed to file an application to join our ARMA 2 group, simply specify the game in the appropriate question on the application.

The Developmental Game system allow the team to begin to establish a presence in a game to determine how successful a full division may be. The establishment of this group was prompted by a groundswell of member interest in the game and anticipation of next year's release of ARMA 3.
