Privacy Policy
The following Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding how we handle any personal information that is gathered when you use the TSF website and any of our online services. We aim to do what we reasonably can to protect your privacy and to make you aware of how we handle personal information. It is also important to understand that third parties may be involved — either directly or behind the scenes — in your use of our services, but that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties, especially individuals that we do not employ or manage.
General Provisions
This Privacy Policy is an extension of our Terms of Use and all the definitions set forth in the Terms of Use are also applicable to this Privacy Policy.
We may revise this Privacy Policy at our discretion, without notification to you. The copy of this Privacy Policy presented on our Website is the effective copy. Continuing to use our Services after a revision to the Privacy Policy is published signifies your agreement to the Privacy Policy.
While this Privacy Policy states standards for maintenance of data, and while efforts will be made to meet these standards, we are not in a position to guarantee compliance with these standards. There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data. Consequently, we offer no warranties or representations as regards to the maintenance or non-disclosure of data.
Security and Encryption
Our servers are typically hosted in third-party facilities with industry-standard physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the servers, and your data contained on them. These measures typically include access control mechanisms, alarms, locked gates or cages, and so on. These measures may vary based on the particular facility that a server is hosted in. The physical security of our servers is dependent on the practices of the third party which hosts them and cannot be readily verified by us. Third parties with physical access to our servers may access your data on them, and this may occur even without our knowledge or consent.
Encryption may be used both to secure data while it is on our servers and as part of a secure connection to you when the data is being received or transmitted. The objective of encryption is to make it impossible for unauthorized parties to read or alter the protected data. It is important to understand that encryption is not fool-proof and may fail, causing disclosure of the protected data. This may be caused by factors beyond our control, including errors in cryptographic computer programs, theft or sabotage, errors in the implementation of the encryption protocol, the loss of keys which lock the encrypted data, deliberate interference or degradation of cryptographic protocols by third parties, and other reasons.
On the whole, we strive to abide by generally-accepted practices for security and work to keep our systems secure from unauthorized access or data disclosure. As with all other services on the Internet, there is an inherent risk that the security our services may be breached.
Children
We do not allow children under the age of thirteen (13) to use our services. If you are aware that a child younger than that has used our services or provided any personal information to us, please notify us so we can remove the child's data. Children who are at least thirteen (13) years old but below the age of legal majority may use our services provided that they have the permission of their parent or guardian to do so.
